Growing and Selling a Startup: The RideScout Story | 11:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

How do you take a startup to acquisition? Every company has a different story, but RideScout co-founders Joseph Kopser and Craig Cummings will discuss theirs in an intimate fireside chat moderated by Austin Technology Council's Julie Huls. In this interactive session, they will talk about their journey and answer all sorts of questions from, "how do you start asking your friends for investment" to "how much does PR matter" or "have you ever had a major fight with your co-founder?" Things are about to get real.

RideScout is a transportation tech company based in Austin. On September 2, 2014, they were acquired by car2go North America, a subsidiary of Damiler--the maker of Mercedes Benz.
